Description of Splat Hill

Property Description:

General:	40 acres, lowland foothills, 700-900' elevation, native shrubbery, oaks & pines etc. Native rainbow trout stream, Tennessee Creek, meanders through entire property. Lodge, recreation room, a cabin, campsites, 3 fishing ponds with trees and cattails.
Fishing:	Splat Hill has some of the biggest fish this side of the Sierra's. Located in the rolling foothills and with three major ponds and one native rainbow trout stream we offer some of the best catch and release and catch and keep fishing around. "Sturgeonville" Pond has varieties of Perch, large Bass, Catfish, and Sturgeon up to 25 lbs. "Bows End" Pond has Perch, large bass, Catfish up to 20lbs, Sturgeon almost 5' long. German Brown and Rainbow Trout up to and over 10lbs. Leave the turtles alone! "Brownsville" Pond is a small fishery which has the feed water for the rest of the ponds. There are literally hundreds of rainbow Trout from 1- 6 lbs, with a small population of German Browns. There are a pair of sturgeon that exceed 52" long that can be caught on a fly. "Tennessee Creek" has mostly small but native Rainbow Trout up to 12 inches but a great catch on the fly.
Lodge:	The lodge is large, comfortable and new. It has a large kitchen area for a buffet style service. There is a dishwasher, 2 refrigerator freezers, washer, dryer, and a microwave. The open area boast a large video/stereo system, fireplace and plenty of inside seating. The loft area has bunk beds and an outdoor deck upstairs for viewing and sleeping. There is a well lit sport court, kids play area (swings and slides), concrete deck with outdoor seating and table, 2 propane barbecues and the beginning of Splat Hill Disc Golf Course just outside the lodge area. The lodge contains three bathrooms and two showers.
Rec Room:	Inaugurated as the "Purple Rec Room", there is an air hockey game, darts, bumper pool, Ping-Pong, TV, VCR and an audio/stereo system. It has plenty of chairs and tale for games or ready to serve meals. We also have many outdoor tables and benches with a large concrete deck area.
Conference Center:	This conference center has seating for up to 100 people in comfortable padded chairs. The large stage is equipped with adjustable lighting and a full 16+ channel powered mixer, large "JBL" speakers and "Community" monitors. This room is fully carpeted and a great relaxing place for your group meetings or speaking engagements. Sound system includes several corded microphones and a cordless hand held and lav mic for your speakers. Conference Center also has large outside eating area including a large gas BBQ and long tiled counter tops for serving food. Click on picture to enlarge:
Cabin:	This cabin has no services such as bathroom or sinks but its great for sleeping. It has a counter area toaster over and refrigerator as well as a nice corner group sofa sleeper and bunk bed. There is an outdoor picnic table and a barbecue grill.
Activities:	Well here it goes! Paintball, volleyball (sand), football, soccer, fishing, rope swing, disc golf, bumper pool, air hockey, darts, Ping-Pong, hiking trails, swimming, basketball, children's play area, 40' x 60' play court (lighted) w/ adjustable net for badminton, foam hockey ( on 200' x 70' play field), volleyball (hard surface), night games and numerous other games provided by play court. Most activities are included with your group stay. Paintball is an extra activity with separate pricing
