
Splat
Hill has some of the biggest fish this side of the
Sierra's. Located in the rolling foothills we offer three
major ponds and one native rainbow trout stream. At Splat
Hill you can enjoy some of the best catch and release and
catch and keep fishing around. "Sturgeonville" Pond
has varieties of Perch, large Bass, Catfish, and Sturgeon
up to 25 lbs. "Bows End" Pond has Perch, large bass,
Catfish up to 20lbs, Sturgeon almost 5' long. German Brown
and Rainbow Trout up to and over 10lbs. Leave the turtles
alone! "Brownsville" Pond is a small fishery which
has the feed water for the rest of the ponds. There are literally
hundreds of rainbow Trout from 1- 6 lbs, with a small population
of German Browns. There are a pair of sturgeon that exceed
52" long that can be caught on a fly. "Tennessee
Creek" has mostly small but native Rainbow Trout up to
12 inches but a great catch on the fly. See

A majority
of the fishing done at Splat Hill is small to
medium sized groups that come up and fish for a day. If you
